Well today the vacation is over and now it’s back to the 9 to 5. Every time I take time off I have big hopes of getting all my forgotten projects done and it never seems to happen. Oh well there’s always the next vacation.

Here is my first post for illustration friday. I hope everyone enjoys it.

I’m thinking of starting a video cast to follow my progress on my comic book projects. Hopefully something will be coming soon.

I drew this picture a few weeks ago and I thought it would be fun to post it, so people could see the original sketch of my blog header graphic.

This drawing was inspired by all the amazing graphics that are in fighting games now. It’s of Taokaka from BlazBlue. With so many new HD fighting games that have come out over the last few months and I want them all. Not to play because I’m terrible at them, But the graphics are amazing to watch in HD. One of my favorite games when I was growing up was Vagrant Story. So here is my tribute to the main character Ashley Riot.

One drawing everyday this week, now I just need to keep it up.

I’m starting to find that I’m drawing a lot of other peoples characters and I think I know why. I for the most part have about 20 minutes in my day set aside for my Daily Doodles and it’s hard to think of something to draw each day. So I just start drawing things I know. Well from now on I’m going to try to start drawing my own characters for my 20 minute sketch. With that said here is a drawing of someone else’s character.

Man, it has been a long last few days, haven’t  been sleeping well, and long days at work. My work days always feel long when I have no exciting projects on my desk, but  finally today a fun illustration job came in. Hopefully I will be able to post it in a few months, but its a holiday drawing so probably not till December. So I guess you will have to enjoy this sketch till then.

So sleepy, but was still  able to get  a drawing  done today.
